Bornion Rainforest Research Area

Bornion Rainforest Research Area is located in Conservation Compartment 119 with total area of 688 hectares. This area is rich with its biodiversity in terms of High Conservation Value (HCV), rare, threatened, and endangered (RTE) flora and fauna, representing an untouched virgin rainforest and many more. Therefore, it is the ideal location  not only for conservation, but as a research and education platform for researchers and nature enthusiasts.
